7 Natural Face Toners For Glowing Skin


After washing your face, use a toner to eliminate unwanted dirt and makeup. It’s a good way to keep your skin clean & nice! But store-bought toners are costly & full of chemicals and other substances. Here are seven natural face toners that you can use instead.

1. Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar as an antibacterial is great for the normal & oily skin. It can even recover your skin’s pH, mainly if it’s “that time of the month.” although since Apple cider vinegar is very strong, be sure to combine it with water. A 1:1 ratio will do the trick.

2. Green Tea

To make it, simply brew 1 cup of green tea. Once it has cooled down, it’s available to use. For extra antibacterial qualities, add a ten drops of tea tree or lavender oils. Green tea can feel like silk on the skin.

Lemon juice also has a quality to brighten dark spots & remove excess oil. Simply combine one tablespoon of fresh lemon juice to 1 cup witch hazel or filtered water. After applying it, avoid the sun for several hours. Avoid getting it on pimples; it might burn!

This light and fragrant toner are fantastic for all skin types. It can even multiply as a perfume! To make it, add ½ cup rose petals to 2 cups filtered water. Both fresh & dried rose petals can work. For an even pleasant scent, add ten drops of rose essential oil.

5. Chamomile Tea

Chamomile is greatly soothing making it ideal for severe skin conditions. It can relieve the pain from dry skin that has become patchy and flaky. However, it can help relax acne, too. To make a chamomile toner, soak ½ cup dried chamomile in 2 cups witch hazel or filtered water. You can also use chamomile tea.

6. Witch Hazel

Witch hazel is an excellent toner by itself. Although it can irritate dry skin, so only use it if your face is normal or oily. You can use witch hazel by itself or as a carrier for ingredients like rose petals, lemon juice, or chamomile.
